We own commercial premises/offices in Westminster (Corner Wanneroo Road & Amelia Street) in the Northlands Commercial Centre located directly opposite the Northlands Shopping Centre (comprising about 20 tenants including a Coles Supermarket and Westpac Bank) being about 12kms directly North of Perth on busy Wanneroo Road bordering on Balcatta.

We are seeking interest for business partners to commence either a business (or businesses) utilising all of the 263sq metre premises or to join with a secretarial or administrative business to assist us in subletting about 6+ existing offices ranging in size from 30sqm (?) to 80sqm (?).

We are open to suggestions and offers from interested parties on the basis of potentially Nil rent initially until the business plan evolves to mutual levels of success where we receive either full commercial rent and/or financial interest in part or all of the operation.
